Service delivery terms, fees, warranties, and service-level commitments are governed by separate Service Agreements, Proposals, or Contracts issued to clients. Those documents take precedence in case of conflict with these general Terms.


4. Quotations & Pricing

  • Quotations provided by Trispark are valid only for the period indicated in the quotation document.
  • Prices may change based on supplier costs, market conditions, or project scope.
  • All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. UAE VAT will be charged where applicable.

5. Orders & Contractual Agreements

  • An order is considered confirmed once Trispark receives written acceptance, purchase order, or signed agreement from the client.
  • Trispark reserves the right to refuse orders at its discretion.
  • Any additional requirements or modifications requested after agreement may incur additional charges.

6. Leasing, Rental & Managed Print Services Terms

For printer leasing, rental, or MPS agreements:

  • Minimum contract duration, payment terms, and equipment usage policies are defined in the respective service contract.
  • Equipment remains the property of Trispark unless explicitly sold to the client.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring proper usage and safeguarding of leased equipment.
  • Misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs may result in additional charges.

7. Installation, Maintenance & Support

  • Installation timelines are estimates and may change due to site conditions, material availability, or third-party dependencies.
  • Maintenance and support response times are defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) where applicable.
  • Unauthorized modifications to equipment or systems will void warranties or service guarantees.

8. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms (advance, milestone, monthly, or annual) are as per the contract or invoice.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension and/or late payment fees.
  • All payments must be made in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless otherwise agreed.

9. Warranty & Liability

  • Hardware warranties are governed by manufacturer terms unless Trispark provides a separate warranty agreement.
  • Trispark is not liable for damages resulting from:
    • User misuse or negligence
    • Third-party equipment or software
    • Data loss due to hardware failure or external factors
  • While Trispark follows industry best practices, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of equipment or systems.

10. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Any personal or business data collected is handled in accordance with applicable UAE privacy regulations.
  • Trispark may store and process data for service delivery, support, invoicing, and communication.
  • Confidential information shared during projects will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with client consent.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, content, and materials on the Website are the property of Trispark or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

12. Third-Party Products & Integrations

  • Some services involve third-party products (e.g., printers, IT hardware, CCTV systems, software).
  • Trispark is not responsible for failures caused by third-party systems unless covered in a specific support agreement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law:

  • Trispark shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
  • Total liability arising from any service shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service.

14. Termination

Trispark may terminate service agreements if:

  • The client breaches any material terms
  • Payments are delayed beyond the agreed grace period
  • Misuse or illegal activity is detected

Upon termination, all pending dues must be settled and leased equipment must be returned in acceptable condition.


15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of UAE courts, unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract.


16. Changes to These Terms

Trispark may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
Continued use of the Website or Services signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
